The Manager of the Plan to Manufacture Processes (P2M) plays a critical role in process design within the supply chain, covering material to inventory areas. This role oversees the design of end-to-end manufacturing planning, ensuring seamless integration of manufacturing processes.
The role owns the continuous improvement of P2M design, manufacturing parameters, and master data. It is positioned within Group Supply Chain as part of manufacturing excellence, working in a matrix structure to guide and support manufacturing teams across all Hero entities.
Key responsibilities include defining, implementing, and owning global process standards focused on end-to-end integration, managing change requests, leading process governance and improvement initiatives, and collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure effective process design and adoption.
The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of manufacturing, engineering, and food processing, with a good understanding of supply functions like planning. Proficiency in SAP/ERP, leadership skills, results-driven attitude, and full professional proficiency in English (C1 level) are required.
