Field Service Engineer – PMLS expert – Madrid Field engineer based in Madrid, covering Spain. Highly Competitive Salary + Excellent Benefits + Career Enhancement. Due to the rapid expansion of Mindray's success, we have an opportunity for a highly experienced and well versed PMLS expert to demonstrate creativity and innovation as a Field Service Engineer within our ultra-ambitious team as we continue to disrupt the market As an emotionally intelligent professional with a background of understanding and responding to customers' needs on site, you will use this role to join our growing business in this position working alongside senior stakeholders in driving key service relationships whilst showcasing your appetite for overachievement.

Your responsibilities :

• Remote support to distributors engineers and end users.
• Internal technical support to service sales and operation department.
• Field service delivery to end users across Spain and Portugal.
• Take responsibility for the effective management of your designated service area including promoting new contracts and liaising with customers for renewals.
• Take a project management role for installations within assigned service territory and coordinating the installation of large orders if required.
• Completing all planned preventative maintenance (PPM) visits on time and to the levels outlined in the service manual.
• Assist sales and marketing team with tender opportunities as technical support and to promote service contracts.
• Maintaining tools and test equipment properly and liaising with the Service Supervisor / Manager to ensure they are calibrated.
• Maintenance of spare parts inventory, company vehicle and other company equipment and supplies.
• Occasional training of clinical staff on designated equipment.
• Responsible for tracking and maintaining both parts and loaner inventories allocated to them.
• Other tasks or responsibilities designated by the Field Service Supervisor, Spain.

What are we looking for in you?

• Anaesthesia Field service experience is critical.
• Extensive knowledge of Defibrillators, Patient Monitors, and other medical device capital equipment is vital.
• Experience of working in Spain requiring no company sponsorship to join our business.
• Experience of providing training on medical devices capital equipment.
• Highly customer focused along with your hunger to achieve more; this role has significant development potential for the right candidate
• Technically proficient in the troubleshooting, repair, and calibration of all medical products.
• Evidence of emotional intelligence is critical.
• An ability to address customer requests through strong listening skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with an aptitude for building strong relationships.
• Proven negotiation skills with a problem-solving attitude.
• This role is office based in Madrid and must be flexible to travel when required.
• Fluent in Spanish with a business level in English. As English is our business language - please submit your CV and application in English.
