We are seeking a seasoned Digital Marketing Manager to spearhead revenue growth, user acquisition, and brand awareness initiatives.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a robust performance marketing strategy across SEO, SEA, CRM, and other digital channels.
  • Optimize budget allocation across all digital channels to ensure maximum ROI and efficient ROAS.
  • Collaborate with external suppliers/vendors to guarantee the effectiveness of our strategy.
  • Lead a team of digital marketing specialists, focusing on developing their hard skills and driving team growth.
  • Work closely with key stakeholders, including the Tech team and product team, to deliver projects with interdependent components.
  • Ensure successful planning, execution, and optimization of key traffic KPIs via paid, organic, and owned media channels.
  • Identify and test new channels to maintain or exceed established critical metrics.
  • Implement marketing automation and lead generation strategies to drive business results.
  • Maintain open communication with management, sharing KPI trends, business outcomes, and funnel conversion improvement ideas.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest performance marketing trends and technologies.
  • Foster collaboration with peers in Group Operations, exploring synergies and sharing knowledge and best practices.
