To Be Connected is a Dutch family business offering IT services for Retail chains since 2007.

We are seeking German, French, and Spanish-speaking first-line support agents for our international Service Desk, where English is the working language within the company.

About To Be Connected

We provide technical assistance to customers who contact our Service Desk due to issues with cash registers or peripherals.

Your role will be to help these customers by phone as quickly as possible, without requiring specific IT knowledge.

You will learn the necessary skills during your training period at To Be Connected.

The First-Line Service Desk Position

To Be Connected operates 7 days a week, mirroring the hours of our customers' shops.

This position suits candidates looking to work between 32-40 hours per week, with varying shifts assigned on a weekly basis.

You will collaborate with other first-line colleagues from our office in Jávea's Beach Trade Center, located near the beach.

Requirements and Application Process

Candidates must be able to communicate effectively in their native language and have basic computer skills.

A valid NIE number is required for employment under a Spanish contract.
