Job Title: Business Analyst / Project Manager

We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst / Project Manager to collaborate with one of the top global pharmaceutical companies.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage project scope, timelines, and communications as a project manager.
  • Work with service owners, product owners, and delivery units to identify project requirements and ensure desired objectives are met as a business analyst.
  • Optimize service operations process and supporting systems to reduce operational workload and improve transparency.
  • Manage operational tasks for Service Ops Platforms.
  • Support day-to-day operations of Service Ops Platforms.
  • Support onboarding and training process for Production Partners.
Experience:
  • Proven experience in Project Management and Business Analyst roles in IT sector.
  • Familiarity with service operations processes, including global customer-centric scenarios, process mapping, and requirements gathering.
  • Experience with service operation tools, specifically JIRA and Service Now.
  • Excellent Excel skills.
  • Knowledge of SCRUM environments.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
