Where will you work?

We are working with an important European company focused on providing efficient digital transformation and business solutions to customers.

What will you do?

As HR & Payroll Administrator, your day-to-day tasks include:

  • Maintaining the general ledger, ensuring accuracy in financial records.
  • Processing accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payments and collections.
  • Preparing and presenting financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Completing monthly financial preparation for our external accounting partner.
  • Assisting in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts and monitoring performance against these budgets.

Who are we looking for?

You would be a great fit if you have:

  • At least 5 years of experience in managing accounting and payroll administration.
  • The ability to accurately and timely process payroll for all employees, including salary calculations, deductions, and benefits.
  • A very advanced level of English.
  • A hands-on approach and strong attention to detail, while keeping things simple.
  • Excellent communication skills to bring people together.
