Who are we and what are we looking for?
Meotec is a French operational consulting company founded in 2005 in Paris. With our strategic plan "Ambition 2025", we aim to become a European leader, continuously adding value to companies, employees, and society while maintaining our entrepreneurial spirit.
As part of our global expansion, we have already established offices in Canada, Italy, Belgium, Luxemburg and Spain. Now, for our Madrid office, we are looking for a Bid Manager to join our growing team
What can you expect from this opportunity?
Joining MEOGROUP means working in an international, dynamic, and ambitious environment, where youâll take part in exciting and challenging projects.
Youâll support our clients while having the autonomy to manage procurement categories in a fast-paced, global setting.
What will you do?
- Manage the entire bidding and commercial proposal cycle.
- Analyze the technical, contractual, and financial requirements of tender documents.
- Coordinate with internal teams (finance, legal, technical, procurement) to ensure the feasibility of offers.
- Prepare and structure technical and commercial documentation for public and private tenders.
- Negotiate terms and conditions with clients and suppliers, aligning with the companyâs strategy.
- Identify risks and opportunities in each bid and propose mitigation strategies.
- Track submitted proposals, analyze results, and apply insights for continuous improvement.
- Stay updated on market trends and best practices in bidding processes.
What are we looking for?
- Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Finance, Law, or related fields.
- 4+ years of experience in bid management, commercial offers, or negotiations.
- Knowledge of public and private procurement regulations.
- Proficiency in bid management tools (ERP, CRM, public procurement platforms, advanced Excel).
- Strong analytical and financial management skills to assess costs and profitability.
- Excellent negotiation skills and ability to manage stakeholders.
- Fluent in Spanish and English (other European languages are a plus).
- Experience in international environments and adaptability to diverse business cultures.
- A positive attitude and the ability to thrive in a collaborative environment alongside top professionals.
