Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled Route-To-Market Insights Manager to join our team in Barcelona, Spain. Reporting to the Route-To-Market Director, Africa, you will be responsible for generating insights to capture growth opportunities and support strategic decision making based on trade and sales force behavior.

Key Responsibilities

  • Data Analysis: Identify RTM opportunities to grow the business by analyzing data and speed up insight generation.
  • Collaboration with Commercial Stakeholders: Work with commercial stakeholders to gather relevant input from Business performance and Sales team performance (insights incubator).
  • Insights Generation Process: Facilitate and monitor insights generation process.
  • Use Case Strategy: Define insights use case strategy.
  • Implementation and Modelling: Coordinate use case implementation through Learn, Build and Scale and model insights using data science techniques.
  • Reporting and Presentations: Prepare regular and ad-hoc reports with local teams to present findings to support strategic decision making and commercial execution.
