Mission: Assist the store manager in commercial development, ensuring respect for brand image and customer experience.
Responsibilities:
- Develop store sales:
- Implement TOD'S sales policy within the store
- Set sales objectives and analyze results periodically
- Implement the selling ceremony following Brand guidelines
- Highlight products according to visual policies in collaboration with the visual merchandising team
- Initiate CRM actions to grow the customer database
- Analyze sales reports and customer feedback
- Propose action plans to exceed objectives and increase sales
- Manage stock effectively: control restocking, participate in inventories, analyze sell-through
- Team Management:
- Organize store activities: planning, setting collective and individual goals
- Communicate with staff: lead daily briefings, set and monitor goals, identify improvement areas
- Assist in onboarding new employees: training on processes and procedures
- Motivate sales team: evaluate employees and follow up on development actions
- Brand Image and Customer Service:
- Maintain store display in line with visual identity and commercial policies
- Comply with customer service standards: post-sales, customer requests
- Follow operational rules and procedures
Qualifications:
- 3-4 years of store experience
- Minimum 2 years of team management experience
- Knowledge of luxury sales and hospitality techniques
- Sensitivity to the luxury and fashion world, especially shoes
- Fluent in Spanish and English
