We are seeking a proactive Health & Safety Specialist to oversee health and safety protocols, implement risk prevention measures in our warehouse, and ensure compliance with ISO 14001 standards.
This role is ideal for those passionate about creating a safe and compliant work environment. Key responsibilities include:
Health & Safety- Implement and Promote a Safety Program
- Investigate incidents, document preventive measures, and conduct regular safety audits
- Manage the Hazard Alert Program and report work hours and injuries
- Organize local safety activities and communicate safety topics to raise awareness
- Prepare monthly ESG KPI reports and serve as primary contact for LEANpio
- Conduct biweekly environmental audits and collaborate on ISO 14001 compliance and ESG reporting
- Create engaging presentations for internal screens
- Maintain a monthly newsletter and coordinate external actions, visits, and training
- Support the senior operations manager with reporting and provide administrative support as needed
