The UX Researcher will be responsible for understanding user needs, analyzing data, and shaping the future of Telehealth.

• Conduct user research to gain insights into user needs and behaviors.
• Design and conduct qualitative and quantitative research methods to gather meaningful data.
• Analyze user feedback, synthesize findings, and present actionable insights.
• Collaborate with designers and developers to integrate research insights into the product design process.

• User research and analysis to inform product development.
• Designing and conducting usability tests, surveys, and A/B testing.
• Reviewing designs and prototypes to ensure alignment with user needs.
• Creating user personas and journey maps to communicate research findings.
• Identifying areas for research and prioritizing initiatives.

• Proven experience as a UX Researcher or similar role with a strong portfolio.
• Experience with various user research methods and tools.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to synthesize complex data.
• Understanding of user-centered design principles and ability to translate research into product recommendations.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to present research findings.
• Collaborative mindset and experience working in an agile team environment.
