Area Sales Manager (m/f/d) - Northern Spain, Santander

We are seeking a highly motivated and result-driven Area Sales Manager to join our team in Northern Spain.

About the Role:

  • Drive Sales: Spearhead the sales of our innovative technological solutions in your sales area (North of Spain).
  • Consulting: Act as a business and tech consultant to analyze and understand your client's business challenges in detail.
  • Showcase Solutions: Promote and give demos of EGYM's solutions in the assigned sales territory and generate new business opportunities through cold calling and visits, converting them into sales in a highly professional manner.
  • Create Business Cases: Develop and present business cases, offers, and concepts for a wide range of clients.
  • Events: Organize and execute regional sales events with the support of our Marketing team.
  • Reporting: Be responsible for regular sales reporting directly to our Country Director using Salesforce.

About You:

  • Professional Experience: At least 3 years of experience in solution selling (B2B) and consultancy preferably with a technological background, including a successful track record in selling solutions and consultant services.
  • Fitness Industry: A commercial or financial role or as a manager of a sport, fitness, or health center before, with a deep understanding of economics and business model design.
  • Results-Oriented: Highly motivated and result-driven person looking to shape the future of the fitness and health industry with the ability to create and grow your customer network.
  • Structured: Highly structured in your daily work, bringing first experience in Salesforce or other CRM tools.
  • Communication Skills: Passionate about digitalization and bring very good communication skills (solid level of English - spoken and written) to spread this passion.
