This is an exceptional opportunity for an ambitious and talented Assistant Store Manager or experienced Store Manager to join a renowned retailer with a proven track record of growth and global partnerships.

As an accomplished Store Manager, you will take pride in leading an outstanding operation and serving as a trusted ambassador for our client's brand at all times.

  • You will be responsible for driving sales and managing costs to maximise store profitability – treating the business as your own.
  • Ensure every customer has a memorable experience, fostering loyalty and encouraging repeat visits.
  • Recruit and retain top talent, establishing our client as the preferred employer in your market.
  • Cultivate a culture of learning, support, and recognition, empowering colleagues to develop their skills, product knowledge, and self-awareness in a positive and inclusive environment.
  • Maintain high standards within the store, ensuring both colleague and customer facilities meet exceptional standards, while adhering to safety and regulatory requirements.

About You:

To succeed as a Store Manager, you should possess Retail or Hospitality experience, but what's equally important is that you excel at inspiring and motivating teams.

You lead by example, demonstrating excellence and earning the respect of staff at every level. By doing so, you'll unlock the full potential of each team member, encouraging them to grow and develop.

A commercially astute individual, you understand the importance of prioritising customer needs to achieve targets and budgets, taking full ownership of the store's Profit & Loss account.
