Cash management involves forecasting and steering the liquidity of FREENOW legal entities, based on historical figures and utilizing our Treasury Management system Kyriba.
Following internal treasury principles and systems infrastructure, set up payout processes from an operational excellence perspective, considering internal controls and compliance matters. Run and be accountable for daily payout processes and activities for Vendors, Taxes, social Security, Payroll, and Drivers in coordination with other departments, such as Accounting, Payroll, FinTech.
Implement, set up, and maintain systems infrastructure for the Treasury department, mainly the Treasury Management System and online banking platforms. Coordinate funding activities with Accounting, Tax, and Legal teams.
Manage bank account master records, opening, closing, and maintaining bank accounts within treasury systems. Ensure compliance with local regulations by performing mandatory administrative tasks requested by banks, such as KYC, AML, and FCA.
To succeed in this role:
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Treasury Manager, preferably in a Tech company, with expertise in cash management, forecasting, and liquidity management.
- Good understanding of funding instruments from a Treasury, Accounting, and Tax perspective, including equity injections, IC loan payment and repayment, dividend payment, investments, and cash pooling.
- Autonomous working style, taking full accountability of duties and managing workload efficiently.
