Sales Representative – Spanish & English, Spanish is a big plus

Are you confident, charismatic, and great at building trust over the phone? Nomadu is hiring a Sales Development Representative to connect with inbound leads. You'll guide clients through €100k+ decisions in the luxury second-home market. No cold calls – just warm, qualified prospects.

What You'll Do:

Set appointments and qualify warm inbound leads (no cold calling)

Present a premium real estate co-ownership model with clarity and confidence

Build trust with potential buyers and guide them through the buying journey

What We're looking for:

Fluent Italian & English (Spanish = big plus)

1+ year in phone sales – insurance, real estate, luxury, SaaS, finance, etc.

Strong closer mindset – persuasive, sharp, and fast on your feet

What You Get:

Base salary + commissions (uncapped)
