Service Sales Support Specialist

This job offers a unique opportunity to collaborate with the Sales organization and customers throughout the proposal process by preparing technical descriptions of applied products and technology.
Your daily tasks will include determining costs, preparing final documentation, and serving as a key technical resource in your assigned area.
You will also analyze lost proposals, identify potential causes, and recommend future actions to showcase your expertise.
The work model for this role is hybrid, allowing you to balance work and personal life.
Main stakeholders for this role are Service Sales Managers, who oversee customer service sales in Barcelona, Spain.
Key Responsibilities:- Support the local Sales organization in preparing commercial offers based on customer specifications, local business requirements, and Sales organization directives.
- Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to improve sales procedures and provide customer support.
- Monitor the status of submitted offers, follow up with customers, and resolve questions or provide additional information as needed.
- Maintain and update customer databases to ensure accurate and efficient customer relationships.
- Attend local and global meetings to stay informed and contribute to decision-making processes.
- Prior experience working with SAP and Salesforce, particularly in the Automotive, Food & Beverage, Logistics, and General industries market.
- Demonstrated experience in after-sales service or customer service, with relevant administrative procedures knowledge.
- Enhanced knowledge of SAP or Salesforce, with ability to develop and manage customer relationships.
- Passion for technology, technical products, and services, with excellent communication skills in Spanish and English.
- Proven experience in business administration, management, accounting, and finance, with ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
