En Atrápalo, estamos buscando talento joven para nuestro programa UNIVERSITY.

Si estás acabando tus estudios o eres recién titulado, estás en el sitio correcto. Buscamos 5 perfiles de programador junior para incorporar en plantilla y quieran desarrollar su carrera en el ámbito de backend en PHP.

¿Qué es el programa UNIVERSITY?

Requisitos
  • Recién licenciados o estudiantes que estén a punto de finalizar sus estudios en ingeniería o ciclo formativo de grado superior en desarrollo de aplicaciones web.
  • No es necesario aportar experiencia profesional, pero sí actitud positiva. También serán bienvenidos perfiles con experiencia de máximo dos años en desarrollo en back end en PHP, Java, Python o similares.
  • Ganas de desarrollar una carrera profesional dentro del mundo del desarrollo web en PHP.
  • Tener mentalidad de team player.
  • Agile mindset que te lleve a querer conocer todas las tareas de tu equipo.
Objetivos del programa University
  • Principios de Domain Driven Design (DDD).
  • Principios SOLID.
  • Guías de estilo PHP.
  • Trucos de productividad en herramientas como editores IDE, Docker y Shell Script.
  • Stack tecnológico: Docker, Symfony, Redis, Doctrine, entre otros.
  • Formaciones por departamento: Frontend, UX, BI, SEO, Viajes, etc.
Estructura del programa
  • Formación inicial de 2 meses: Liderada por un perfil Senior, trabajarás en un proyecto real que se subirá a producción.
  • Integración en equipos: Una vez finalizada la formación, te unirás a uno de nuestros equipos como un miembro más, con la supervisión del Tech Lead.
  • Formación académica: Ciclo formativo de grado superior en DAW o grado en matemáticas, física, informática, telecomunicaciones o ingenierías similares.
  • Disponibilidad de incorporación el 15 de junio 2025.
  • Contrato indefinido desde el primer momento.
  • Plan salarial definido.
  • Teletrabajo: modelo mixto: 1 día a la semana en la oficina.
  • Jornada laboral de 39 horas semanales, con flexibilidad horaria en hora de entrada y salida pudiendo empezar a partir de las 7:30 h.
  • Vacaciones: 22 días laborables + 2 días libres (24/12 y 31/12).
  • El día de tu cumple podrás trabajar solo media jornada y disfrutar el resto del día como tú quieras.
  • Formaciones internas, acceso a Codely, y Coursera, día libre para asistencia a eventos tech, pago de certificaciones técnicas, y mucho más.
