The Advocate Group is proud to represent Monster Energy Beverage Corporation in their search for a Trade Marketing Manager – Spain to join their Iberia Sales team.

The Role:
We are seeking a proactive Trade Marketing Manager to drive high-quality sales execution across multiple retail and on-premise channels. Here's how:

  1. Develop and execute tailored trade promotions and POS strategies for the Iberian market.
  2. Collaborate with central teams and bottlers to ensure effective rollout of promotional campaigns.
  3. Manage dealer loaders, sales incentives, and national channel activations to maximize impact.
  4. Work with creative agencies to develop artwork, promotional materials, and marketing toolkits.
  5. Oversee budget management, tracking promotional effectiveness and optimizing future campaigns.
  6. Support key brand activations, including hospitality events and on-pack promotions.

About You:
Experience in trade marketing, category management, or sales execution within FMCG.
Strong project management skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders.
Knowledge of Spanish retail and on-premise trade environments, with a commercial mindset.
Highly organised, detail-oriented, and capable of delivering results in a fast-paced setting.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to improving processes.
