Lead The Future Of Online Primary Education

Are you a visionary leader with a passion for transforming primary education through technology and innovation? Do you thrive in fast-paced, high-growth environments? If you're eager to shape the future of global learning and lead a pioneering, fully digital primary school, this is your opportunity.

Important Note : To be considered for this role, candidates must have a proven track record of successfully leading primary schools internationally, with a strong preference for experience in online education. Leadership experience in traditional primary schools, while valuable, will not meet the requirements unless it is in an international and / or online context. Only applicants who can demonstrate this specific experience will be considered, as it is a critical aspect of the role. We appreciate your understanding and thank you for considering this opportunity.

About Bina

bina is a fast-growing, digitally native international school delivering high-quality education to children aged 4 to 12. With a flexible, home-based approach, bina provides internationally accredited, expert-led education to families across more than 35 countries. Having grown 4.5x year-over-year and reached $1M ARR, we are scaling rapidly and expect to expand tenfold over the next two years. Our mission is to create a groundbreaking multiplayer learning environment where children and educators collaborate and grow in real-time across the globe.

The Opportunity

Equal Education Partners has been retained by bina to appoint a dynamic and experienced Head of School to lead all aspects of education, operations, and pedagogy. In this role, you will be at the forefront of shaping the future of online primary education, overseeing a diverse and talented team of educators, and ensuring exceptional student outcomes. If you are passionate about leading a global, innovative, and student-centered school, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

Shape and Drive Educational Excellence

  • Lead the pedagogical and methodological vision of bina, ensuring high standards of teaching and learning
  • Develop, implement, and champion bina's unique approach to primary education, emphasizing play-based and project-based learning, with a focus on future-ready, tech-driven approaches
  • Stay at the cutting edge of educational technology, continuously exploring and integrating innovative tools that enhance student learning and engagement
  • Oversee accreditation processes, ensuring bina maintains and achieves internationally recognized standards

Inspire and Lead the Educator Team

  • Recruit, mentor, and manage a team of 60+ educators across multiple time zones, growing to 150+ within two years
  • Foster a collaborative, inclusive, and high-performance culture that empowers teachers and enhances student experiences
  • Ensure all educators have professional development goals and access to top-tier training opportunities
  • Promote educator satisfaction and retention, aiming for a 90%+ retention rate

Drive Operational Excellence

  • Collaborate with the senior leadership team, ensuring seamless, efficient, and effective educational delivery
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to drive enrollment, student engagement, and family trust
  • Implement a robust quality assurance system, including classroom observations, peer evaluations, and student assessments

Build Strong Relationships with Families and Stakeholders

  • Create a warm, engaging, and supportive school community for students, parents, and educators
  • Proactively address concerns, maintain high family satisfaction (65+ NPS target), and foster long-term relationships
  • Partner with educational organizations and NGOs to enhance bina's impact and outreach

Advance bina's Vision

  • Collaborate with R&D teams to design and test new educational models that incorporate cutting-edge technologies and innovative learning strategies
  • Play a key role in expanding bina's influence globally through thought leadership, strategic partnerships, and global outreach initiatives
  • Work towards developing a 24-hour global school, providing continuous, high-quality education across multiple time zones
