Senior Product Marketing Manager (Fixed Term – Maternity Cover)

We're seeking a Senior Product Marketing Manager for an 18-week fixed-term contract to cover a maternity leave. This role is remote, based in Spain.

As a Senior Product Marketing Manager, you will:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive product marketing strategies aligned with company goals.
  • Define product positioning and messaging to communicate value and differentiate in the market.
  • Lead go-to-market strategies for new launches and updates, including pricing and promotion.
  • Conduct market research to understand customer needs, competition, and trends.
  • Create marketing collateral to support sales and marketing efforts.
  • Collaborate with sales to provide tools, training, and resources.
  • Analyze customer feedback to refine product features and messaging.
  • Monitor competitors' strategies and marketing efforts.
  • Establish KPIs to measure campaign and initiative success.
  • Work cross-functionally with product development, sales, and marketing teams.

You are suitable if you have:

  • 5+ years of experience in product marketing, with successful product launches.
  • Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and communication skills.
  • Creative and innovative marketing approach.
  • Excellent project management and collaboration skills.
  • Proficiency with marketing tools (CRM, analytics, CMS).
  • Experience in learning, talent, or HCM software is a plus.

The salary range for this position is €52,300 - €83,700, based on experience and location, with additional benefits and bonuses.
