Desde About your talent, nos encontramos en la búsqueda de un perfil como "Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist" para nuestro cliente, una empresa multinacional con expertise el sector energía, para trabajar en el equipo de Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding.

Reportando al Responsable de Selección, tus principales responsabilidades serán:

  • Implementar el Plan de Selección y Captación de Talento.
  • Redactar descripciones de puestos y gestionar los procesos de selección de perfiles clave.
  • Preparar informes mensuales sobre la actividad de Atracción y Fidelización de Talento.
  • Analizar datos de selección y presentar conclusiones en los Comités de Operaciones.
  • Diseñar y coordinar la incorporación de nuevos empleados.
  • Realizar entrevistas de salida y analizar la información obtenida para mejorar la retención.
  • Ejecutar estrategias de Employer Branding.
  • Optimizar la propuesta de valor para el empleado y fortalecer la presencia en redes sociales.
  • Establecer alianzas con universidades y centros de formación para atraer talento joven.
  • Implementar un programa de desarrollo de perfiles junior como parte del pipeline interno de talento.
  • Representar a la organización en ferias de empleo, charlas académicas y eventos de atracción de talento.

Los principales requisitos de la posición serán:

  • Grado en Ingeniería, Economía, Derecho, Psicología, o áreas afines.
  • Valorable Máster en Recursos Humanos o Gestión de Talento.
  • Experiencia demostrada en selección e integración de talento. Muy valorable experiencia en empresas de consultoría de selección.
  • Experiencia en headhunting de perfiles técnicos y especializados (Ingeniería, IT, etc.)
  • Valorable experiencia en creación de contenidos y en employer branding
