Job Position: Tender Specialist SESA

Reports to: Head of Sales SESA

Location: Santiago de Compostela, Galicia, Spain

Responsibilities:

  1. Manage complex onshore tenders from Clients.
  2. Receiving and registering requests from Client.
  3. Read and understand Client demands.
  4. Analyze tender material & contracts.
  5. Allocate requests within the team.
  6. Organize Teams' Selling Approach Meeting to share the Request details.
  7. Collect all Inputs from supportive departments.
  8. Prepare offers in accordance with Client demands.
  9. Prepare calculation/analysis about all costs to be included in offers.
  10. Support in identifying local/country requirements (e.g., permit, visa, etc.).
  11. Make price proposal/offer and concepts.
  12. Closing - Align margin with overall expectations.
  13. Prepare and send ready offers to Head of Sales and Opportunity owner.
  14. Answer Client's questions after consultation with Head of Sales and Opportunity owner.
  15. Archive project related information – and align with Legal Department.
  16. Keep Sales activities and customer information updated (CRM).
  17. Keep, develop and update database of project cost.
  18. Develop/present weekly reporting on request.
  19. Prepare/make a complete handover of sales budgets to operations.
  20. Support the Opportunity Owner /Operational Department with project/client related questions.
  21. Collect project/client related feedback and information.
  22. Prepare presentations for Sales meeting.
  23. Commercial/Analytical support in completing documents for contracts.
  24. Other supporting works for sales department.
  25. Potential sales activities.
  26. To be up to date with information about market/competitors.
  27. Make competitor and supplier analysis.
  28. Pro-Active approach on optimizations within sales.
  29. Joined customer visits.

Skills / Qualifications:

  1. English level C1 or higher.
  2. Education in Business Administration, Finance, Sales or Engineering.
  3. Strong commercial Wind industry network and contacts database.
  4. Commercial project management skills.
  5. Proficient in Outlook, especially PowerPoint and Excel and other relevant software.
  6. Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
  7. Strong attention to detail, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
  8. Analytical and organisational skills.
