What will you doAs Head of Sales, you will play a pivotal role in driving growth and success by executing sales strategies, developing a high-performing partner ecosystem, and achieving revenue targets.
This role requires a seasoned B2B professional with international experience, proven success in partner management, and the ability to lead complex sales cycles, including tenders and strategic accounts.
You will collaborate with Marketing and Partners to acquire new customers, manage pipelines, and amplify efforts to drive customer acquisition.
A key component involves fostering strong customer relationships, increasing sales performance, and identifying new growth opportunities across regions.
Key responsibilities- Execute a comprehensive international B2B sales strategy aligned with company goals.
- Build, lead, and manage an international partner/reseller network; ensure partner enablement and performance tracking.
- Drive revenue growth through territory planning, account management, and customer acquisition strategies.
- Lead and coordinate high-value tenders and complex deal negotiations, working closely with internal stakeholders.
- Serve as the point of contact for customers, ensuring long-term relationship development and satisfaction.
- Provide management with regular updates on sales, pipeline forecasts, and performance against targets.
- Collaborate with Marketing and Product teams to tailor go-to-market strategies and product positioning.
- 5–7 years of B2B sales experience in international markets within communications and technology sectors.
- Proven track record in managing and growing channel and partner relationships across regions.
- Experience with CRM platforms, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.
- Experience managing tenders, large commercial offers, and long sales cycles.
- Strong understanding of CRM tools and data-driven decision-making.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Knowledge of optics, networking, and cybersecurity markets is highly valued.
- Results-oriented, strategic thinker with analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Willingness to travel up to 40% nationally and internationally.
- Fluent in English and Spanish; additional languages are a plus.
- Fixed salary plus variable compensation based on results.
