We're looking for a Sales Engineer in Spain

Televic is rapidly growing and we are looking for bright minds to build the exciting future of reliable communication

Televic Conference, a leading developer and manufacturer of conferencing solutions for high-profile global clients, is seeking a dynamic Sales Representative for the Spanish market. This role is pivotal for driving growth and expanding Televic's presence in key verticals such as City Councils, Regional Parliaments, Institutions, and Courtrooms.

You will ensure that Televic's solutions are specified for future projects, by building demand among end-users, educating consultants, and collaborating with integrators to ensure successful project outcomes. This hands-on position requires technical expertise, strong relationship-building skills, and proactive market engagement.

This role offers a unique opportunity to join an internationally successful company while contributing to its significant expansion in the Spanish market. You will get the chance to travel within Spain and occasionally internationally.

Key responsibilities

  • Building, developing, and managing integrators and channel partners, maintaining strong relationships with new and existing to identify new business opportunities.
  • Generating leads and engaging integrators and channel partners to ensure they prioritize Televic Solutions.
  • Setting up clear action plans with clear targets to realize joint business plans with integrators.
  • Presenting Televic Solutions to consultants to ensure that they are included in future bids and secure long-term projects.
  • Identifying and presenting tailored solutions to key accounts in City Councils, Regional Parliaments, Institutions, Rental and Courtrooms to build awareness and demand for Televic solutions.
  • Collaborating with internal departments, including Marketing and Customer Support, to ensure client satisfaction and seamless integration of client feedback.
  • Keeping accurate and detailed records of sales activities, pipelines, and performance metrics in our CRM system, ensuring up-to-date and accessible information.
  • Staying informed on industry trends, product updates, and competitor activities to effectively position Televic in the market and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Participating in marketing initiatives and industry events to strengthen Televic's market presence.

Professional skills we're looking for

  • A Technical or engineering background is an advantage.
  • Proven experience working with channel partners, key accounts and AV consultants.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to connect with clients and understand their needs.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software to manage client information, track leads, and monitor sales performance.
  • Results-driven approach, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced environment.
  • Adaptability to adjust sales tactics based on client feedback and evolving market demands.
  • Fluency in Spanish and English.

What Success Looks Like

  • Within 30 days, full training into sales processes and more specific product training.
  • By 60 days, building strong relationships with key stakeholders virtually and onsite.
  • At 90 days, independently demonstrating the ability to drive consistent revenue growth.
  • In your first year, engaging the right integrators and channel partners, reflecting the ability to maintain and nurture long-term client relationships.
