Job Overview

The Senior Business Process Consultant, as part of SAP Ariba Consulting, transforms businesses through implementing and utilizing SAP Ariba's leading cloud procurement solutions. This role requires a strong understanding of business and procurement processes, solution expertise, and a commitment to delivering high-quality projects and supporting successful solution adoption.

Core skills include analytical and problem-solving abilities, excellent communication and presentation skills, adaptability, and independence in providing world-class service. The candidate should have a proven track record of delivering results, high energy, motivation, and an eagerness to learn.

The responsibilities include ensuring timely, within-budget, high-quality deliverables, participating in the sales process, scope development, requirements gathering, managing client relationships, project management, and understanding the commercial aspects of engagements.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Assist customers throughout SAP Ariba implementation lifecycle.
• Support blueprinting, design, and development of processes leveraging Ariba best practices.
• Build positive relationships with customer teams.
• Conduct system testing and facilitate user acceptance testing.
• Manage project tasks, resources, and client communication, escalating issues as needed.

• Quick learner of Ariba solutions, applying broad knowledge to solve problems.
• Effective written and verbal communicator, capable of influencing teams and clients.
• Proactive team collaborator, capable of working independently and guiding others.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or computer sciences or equivalent experience.
• At least six years of procurement consulting experience.
• Knowledge of procurement operations and e-procurement tools.
• Strong facilitation and presentation skills.
• Ability to travel up to 50% in Europe.
• Fluent in Spanish and English.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree in business or computer sciences.
• Experience with project management methodologies (e.g., PMI).
• Experience with SAP Ariba and SAP solutions.
