PROJECT MANAGER

AXXON selecciona un ENGINYER PROJECT MANAGER per a una empresa del sector construcció situada a la rodalia de Girona.
Reportant a direcció tècnica, la persona seleccionada liderarà totes les fases del procés de rehabilitació i construcció d'immobles, desenvolupant plans de projectes integrats que abasten des de la fase de disseny i estudis previs fins a la seva construcció i comercialització.
Serà responsable de planificar, gestionar i supervisar totes les fases del projecte de construcció, assegurant-se que es compleixin els objectius, terminis i pressupostos establerts. Treballarà en estreta col·laboració amb arquitectes, enginyers, contractistes i administracions.
Les seves responsabilitats inclouran:
- Planificació i desenvolupament d'avantprojectes i estudis previs.
- Elaboració i supervisió de projectes bàsics i executius.
- Càlculs estructurals i planificació.
- Coordinació amb equips tècnics i legals per la gestió de documentació.
- Supervisió del compliment normatiu i permisos.
- Tramitació de certificacions i recepció final del projecte.
- Inspecció final i documentació d'actes de recepció.
Requisits mínims:
- Experiència mínima de 3 a 5 anys en gestió de projectes d'obra o similars.
- Formació en arquitectura tècnica, enginyeria industrial, enginyeria agroalimentària o similar.
- Habilitats en coordinació de projectes i gestió documental.
- Disponibilitat per desplaçar-se a les obres a la zona del Gironès.
- Portàtil i mòbil d'empresa.
Condicions laborals:
- Projecte estable amb incorporació directa per a l'empresa.
- Retribució segons experiència.
