Take the Lead on High-Impact Repairs

TRI is hiring a skilled Trailer Technician for our De Pere shop to own fabrication, structural repairs, and advanced trailer service. You'll support fleets hauling critical refrigerated loads across the Midwest. This is a hands-on, high-trust role—ideal for experienced techs ready to take ownership in a fast-paced, quality-focused environment.

What You'll Do

• Repair doors, brakes, suspensions, ABS, and trailer wiring
• Perform DOT inspections and refrigeration foaming
• Weld and fabricate with aluminum and steel
• Complete custom upfits and support road service calls
• Maintain safety and cleanliness in a premium shop environment
  
  

Minimum Requirements To Apply

• 3+ years of trailer repair or fabrication experience
• Welding (MIG/TIG), brake, and structural repair expertise
• Valid driver's license and clean record
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs, use ladders, and work in/out of trailers
• Must bring personal tools (basic hand/air tools, metric/standard sets)
