Position summary

The Global Marketing Lead/Director, Solgar will lead the development and implementation of brand-building consumer initiatives and marketing campaigns for Solgar. In this role, you will work with creative agencies and internal partners to create consumer assets that can be deployed across markets and touchpoints. You will provide guidance and content to local markets to implement strong brand marketing plans and activation, improving brand KPIs. Additionally, you will support the development of product-specific assets for new launches and contribute to the overall international growth strategy.

A day in the life of a Global Marketing Lead/Director, Solgar

• Define consumer target and relevant consumer insights for Solgar and VMHS category
• Develop a consumer-centric brand building and demand generating model
• Deliver campaign assets and marketing content for local adaptations
• Oversee local adaptation and development of local materials
• Support the development of the international growth strategy
• Stay updated on marketing trends in wellness, fitness, and beauty industries
• Use insights to bring unique ideas to strategy development and execution

What will make you successful

• Marketing experience in FMCG/VMS Brands, healthcare brands, and healthcare professional demand generation
• Strong experience in creative development and translating consumer insights into strong execution
• International experience and ability to collaborate with diverse countries
• Proven experience in leading demand generating activities in the digital field
• Understanding of the health & wellness market and regulatory dynamics
• Leadership experience in managing and developing teams
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
