SOLTEL continúa creciendo. Somos una Compañía de IT con un sólido proyecto empresarial, con más de 800 profesionales especializados en Ingeniería de Sistemas, Ingeniería de Software, Soporte Tecnológico, Asistencia Técnica, I+D+i y Smart Cities.

Abrimos dos posiciones para trabajar como un / a Software Engineer con experiencia en el diseño, desarrollo e integración de soluciones de Inteligencia Artificial Generativa.

Buscamos perfiles con una experiencia que oscile entre 1 y 3 años para una de las posiciones, y más de 3 años para la otra. Trabajarás en la construcción de sistemas escalables y seguros que integren modelos generativos de lenguaje, visión o audio, colaborando con equipos de producto, ciencia de datos e infraestructura."

Desarrollo backend y diseño de APIs para plataformas GenAI

Integración de modelos generativos (LLMs, visión, audio) en flujos de producción

Colaboración con equipos de ML y científicos de datos

Implementación de pipelines de inferencia y monitorización

Participación en decisiones de arquitectura

Mantenimiento de la calidad mediante testing automatizado

Documentación y gestión eficiente de APIs

Dominio en desarrollo backend (Python, Java, Go, TypeScript u otros)

Conocimiento en frameworks ML / IA : PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face Transformers

APIs REST / gRPC y microservicios

Herramientas MLOps : Docker, Kubernetes, MLflow, Weights & Biases

Experiencia en entornos cloud (AWS, GCP, Azure)

Se valorará

Experiencia con modelos generativos y LLMs

Conocimiento en prompt engineering o fine-tuning

Experiencia en plataformas SaaS o productos de IA

Pensamiento crítico y resolución de problemas

Trabajo colaborativo

Actitud proactiva y curiosidad tecnológica
