En Agap2 , buscamos un / a Scrum Master con experiencia para liderar procesos ágiles y guiar equipos multifuncionales hacia la entrega de productos digitales de alta calidad. Si te apasiona el entorno ágil, esta es tu oportunidad para unirte a nuestro equipo.

  • Organizar y facilitar las ceremonias de Scrum, como la planificación de sprint, dailies, revisiones de sprint y retrospectivas.
  • Definir el roadmap, los objetivos y los entregables
  • Asistir al Product Owner en la creación y mantenimiento del backlog del producto.
  • Proporcionar capacitación y orientación a los miembros del equipo sobre los procesos y procedimientos de Scrum.
  • Monitorear el progreso del equipo y asegurarse de que sigan los valores, prácticas y reglas de Scrum.
  • Eliminar obstáculos e impedimentos que impidan al equipo alcanzar sus objetivos de sprint.
  • Colaborar con otros equipos y partes interesadas para garantizar la entrega exitosa del producto.
  • Supervisar y coordinar todas las entregas para asegurar que se realicen de manera oportuna
  • Identificar y gestionar riesgos, problemas y cambios que puedan surgir.
  • Experiencia mínima de 3 años como Scrum Master / Delivery Manager.
  • Conocimiento práctico en desarrollo de software .
  • Experiencia utilizando herramientas de gestión de proyectos.
  • Deseable las certificaciones : Certified Scrum Master (CSM) y / o Professional Scrum Master (PSM).
  • Modelo de trabajo híbrido flexible en Palma de Mallorca.
  • Contratación indefinida desde el inicio.
  • Retribución competitiva según experiencia y conocimientos.
