What You'll Do

  • Own and drive the full-cycle recruiting process from sourcing through close, focusing on high-impact roles.
  • Partner with leadership and hiring managers to understand hiring needs, role requirements, and team dynamics deeply.
  • Build and execute sourcing strategies to attract top-tier talent in SaaS, CRM, AI, and social/content-driven industries.
  • Craft compelling outreach and candidate experiences that reflect our brand, culture, and mission.
  • Maintain a strong pipeline of active and passive candidates through proactive sourcing, networking, and market research.
  • Use data and insights to improve time-to-fill, candidate quality, and hiring efficiency.
  • Act as a talent advisor, bringing industry trends, competitive intelligence, and creative ideas to the table.

What We're Looking For

  • 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in high-growth tech or startup environments.
  • Proven success in hiring for roles in SaaS, CRM, social media, AI, or creator-focused industries.
  • Strong sourcing skills and experience filling both technical and non-technical roles.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills—collaborative and influential.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, often ambiguous environment with evolving priorities.
  • Passion for people, culture, and finding the right fit beyond just the resume.

Bonus Points For

  • Experience recruiting internationally or across multiple time zones.
  • Familiarity with recruiting tools like Greenhouse, Gem, or LinkedIn Recruiter.
  • Interest in content creation, social media, and AI is a plus
