Product managers provide the deep product expertise needed to lead the organization and make strategic product decisions.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Need to deep dive into the business and user metrics, find out problems and insights.
  • Learn about our customers' needs and their behavioral patterns.
  • Set and prove hypotheses.
  • Analyze profitability and help build financial models.
  • Build effective user interfaces, focus on UX and CRO.
  • Manage product backlog and supervise features implementation.
  • User-centric view.
  • Understanding client's needs and problems. Focus on overall user experience. Product-market fit.
  • Client-based economics.
  • Working with such metrics as LTV, ARPU, MAU.
  • Track record in solving business problems by means of technology and business processes.
  • User Experience Improvement.
  • Conversion and take-up rates at all stages which involve client interaction (e.g., registration, application funnel, customer area, triggered communication).
  • Profitability Improvement.
  • Revenue per loan, revenue per client, value-added products, loyalty program, and product line optimization. Operational costs (e.g., fighting early repayment, insurance, processing optimization, increasing amounts, recurring charges, gradient rates).
  • Execution of technologically and organisationally complex projects in an agile way (e.g., partner API as a product, processing integration improvements to decrease drop-off, Instantor data for simplifying registration and tailored offers).

Knowledge & Skills

  • Ability to lead and drive change initiatives.
  • Ability to be hands-on but also able to work on strategic projects.

Experience

At least 3-4 years of experience in online product management.

Experience in Insurance or Finance sectors will be a plus.
