Your Role

We are seeking a motivated FP&A Analyst with 2-3 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills and a keen eye for detail, contributing to the financial planning and analysis functions of the company. This role offers an excellent opportunity for growth and development within a fast-paced environment, as the candidate will be a key member of the FP&A team.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyse key performance indicators and metrics, including margins and profitability.
• Prepare comprehensive reports detailing financial results, variances, and their causes, along with actionable insights to support executive decision-making.
• Support and participate in the annual budgeting process and the creation of short and medium-term forecasts & business plans.
• Assist in the preparation and reporting of the quarterly financial results to the market.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and international offices to ensure accurate and timely financial analysis and reporting.

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in Finance, preferably within a Big 4 firm.
• Advanced in financial modelling and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
