Implementing a software solution carries with it a number of great challenges. The process can sometimes seem overwhelming. Effective leadership and management during execution is fundamental to meet the goals and maintain customer satisfaction. Moreover, implementation leaders are key players in building long-lasting relationships with our customers, based on both a great understanding of their needs and a personalized service. As an Implementation Project Manager, you will be in charge of all operational aspects of the projects on a daily basis, taking responsibility for follow-up, overseeing, coordinating, and ensuring quality and on-time delivery. You will also work closely with customers to understand their needs and find the most efficient way to implement them in our solution.

- Develop trust relationships with project stakeholders
- Understand business objectives of our clients and explore how Atrebo's solutions can help reach them
- Gain deep knowledge of Atrebo's solutions and products
- Lead and organize multiple projects
- Gather requirements and design solutions
- Control timelines and production of deliverables
- Monitor progress. Produce reports for management and stakeholders. Ensure contractual obligations are met
- Ensure customer satisfaction. Maintain fluent communication
- Identify risks and opportunities. Define and implement initiatives to address them
- Coordinate project activities and resources
- Perform data and business analysis
- Serve as first contact point for problems and conflicts. Provide support and facilitation
- Advanced level of English
- Leadership, time management, facilitation, and organizational skills
- Project management experience and/or training
- Familiar with software development projects
- Familiar with agile methodologies
- Familiar with telecom industry
- Experienced in project management in a software development environment, including waterfall and agile methodologies
- We offer a flexible timetable. Our offices are open from 08:00 to 19:00 hours, so we provide flexible working hours to adapt your schedule as needed
- In July and August, the working day is intensive. You will enjoy 23 days of holiday
