We are looking for a Junior Finance Accountant to join our finance team, focusing on accounting and controlling tasks, especially related to large purchases and the Hong Kong business unit. This position is ideal for analytical, organized, and detail-oriented people who want to learn in an international environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Accounting for customer discounts and returns.
  2. Monthly follow-up of charges.
  3. Preparation of the Amazon P&L.
  4. Posting, payment forecasting, and follow-up with raw material suppliers.
  5. Monthly review of group operations records.
  6. Management and recording of financial transactions of the Hong Kong (HK) subsidiary:
  7. Recording supplier invoices and expense reports.
  8. Bank reconciliations.
  9. Payroll processing.
  10. Monthly closing preparation.
  11. Supporting external audits by providing required financial and accounting documentation.
  12. Filing of paper documents.

Qualifications:
  1. University degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or similar.
  2. 1 to 2 years of experience in accounting or controlling, preferably in international environments.
  3. Knowledge of accounting processes and ERP systems (SAP, SAP Business, SAP S4 Hana, etc.).
  4. Advanced Excel skills.
  5. High level of Spanish and Medium level of English (for communication with HK).
  6. Analytical skills, organization, and results-oriented mindset.
