Job Description:

We are looking for a Sales Assistant for our boutique in Puerto Banús (Marbella) with strong sales experience, a proactive and flexible attitude, and a true passion for women's fashion retail.

This is a 30-hour/week position, with rotating shifts from Monday to Sunday.

Requirements and skills:

  • Solid work history and proven sales experience, preferably in premium/luxury retail
  • Fluent in Spanish and English (additional languages are a plus)
  • Positive attitude, team spirit, flexibility, and availability
  • Strong customer focus, personalized service and styling advice, CRM management
  • Product management and stock control, inventory and warehouse organization
