El Member Experience Manager (MXM) es una figura clave en Anytime Fitness, responsable de la experiencia del socio y de la gestión del equipo de entrenadores.

Su principal misión es gestionar el Member Onboarding Process (MOP) de nuestros socios: una valoración inicial que nos sirve para conectar con ellos, conocer su punto de partida y objetivos, para poder ofrecerles el mejor camino para conseguir sus retos. Tras este primer paso, el MXM es una figura fundamental para hacer el seguimiento de los progresos de nuestros socios y asegurar que todo el programa diseñado avanza correctamente hacia el éxito.

Principales responsabilidades:

Liderazgo y gestión del equipo de entrenadores

  • Responsable del equipo de entrenadores y de todo lo que ello conlleva: formación, organización, seguimiento y rendimiento.
  • Supervisar el cumplimiento de objetivos del equipo y los suyos propios, asegurando que se mantenga un alto estándar de calidad en el servicio.
  • Coordinar la planificación y ejecución de sesiones de entrenamiento y programas personalizados.
  • Contará con el soporte de la Club Manager en la gestión del equipo y trabajará mano a mano con ella para definir estrategias, revisar KPIs y optimizar el rendimiento del equipo.

Experiencia del socio y asesoramiento inicial

  • Garantizar una experiencia excepcional para los socios, promoviendo un ambiente cercano y profesional.
  • Junto con los entrenadores, realizar las primeras entrevistas con los nuevos socios para entender sus necesidades, realizar una prueba técnica y determinar el plan de entrenamiento o coaching más adecuado.
  • Asegurar un seguimiento continuo para mejorar la adherencia y progresión de los socios en sus entrenamientos.
  • Aplicar conocimientos técnicos de los ejercicios, adaptando los entrenamientos a posibles lesiones, patologías o condiciones específicas de cada socio.
  • Ser responsable de su propia cartera de socios dentro de los diferentes programas de coaching, asegurando un acompañamiento personalizado y el cumplimiento de sus objetivos.

Supervisión de operaciones del club

  • Mantener la calidad y funcionalidad de las instalaciones y equipos, con el soporte de todo el personal del club.
  • Apoyar en la implementación de mejoras en los servicios ofrecidos por el club.


• Salario base más comisiones por rendimiento propio y del equipo.


• Oportunidades profesionales de crecimiento dentro de la familia Anytime Fitness.


• Se requieren ROPEC, al igual que una certificación actual reconocida a nivel nacional o internacional como NASM o ACE.


• Experiencia previa de entrenador personal, dentro o fuera de un centro deportivo.


• Experiencia previa en ventas, preferentemente en la industria del fitness.


• Se valorará experiencia previa en trabajo con aplicaciones CRM.


• Interés por la venta y todos los procesos implicados en ella: llamadas, comercialización, propuesta de acciones comerciales no tradicionales…


• Motivación, empatía, energía, capacidad de conectar y motivar a otros, habilidad de comunicación (verbal y escrita).


• Capacidad de trabajo en equipo.


• Don de gentes. Se premia un buen sentido de humor.


• Atención al detalle y actitud positiva.
