El desafío :

Te estamos buscando para unirte a un equipo de alto rendimiento y tomar el liderazgo en el diseño y desarrollo de sistemas backend que integren soluciones de IA. En este rol, serás responsable de crear, implementar y mantener sistemas que faciliten la automatización de procesos complejos, utilizando IA y técnicas de aprendizaje automático para optimizar flujos de trabajo.

Qué harás en tu día a día?

  • Desarrollar sistemas distribuidos: Trabajar en plataformas escalables y de alta disponibilidad, diseñando y desarrollando soluciones backend que hagan uso de IA para la automatización.
  • Automatización mediante IA: Crear infraestructuras backend que integren soluciones de inteligencia artificial y aprendizaje automático, permitiendo la automatización de procesos y mejorando la eficiencia.
  • Integración de soluciones externas: Colaborar en la integración de herramientas y servicios externos basados en IA, que optimicen tanto la automatización como la toma de decisiones dentro de los sistemas.
  • Monitoreo y mejora continua: Observar y analizar el rendimiento de los sistemas impulsados por IA, identificando oportunidades para mejorar la eficiencia y solucionar cuellos de botella.
  • Experiencia: Más de 6 años en desarrollo de software, con enfoque en aplicaciones escalables y de alta disponibilidad usando frameworks como Flask o FastAPI.
  • Conocimientos técnicos: Sólida experiencia con arquitecturas RESTful API, gestión de bases de datos SQL y NoSQL, y metodologías ágiles de desarrollo.
  • Plataformas en la nube: Experiencia con AWS, GCP o Azure, así como con Docker y Kubernetes para implementar aplicaciones escalables.
  • Habilidades de liderazgo: Capacidad para dirigir técnicamente proyectos, garantizar soluciones robustas y de alto rendimiento, y ser referente para el equipo.
  • Inglés: Nivel avanzado, tanto escrito como hablado, para comunicarte con equipos internacionales y documentar soluciones eficazmente.
  • Flexibilidad para organizarte de la mejor forma.
