Are you a curious mind with a passion for turning data into real-world decisions? Kynetec is looking for an Associate Research Director to join our dynamic Customer Insights team

This is a full-time, permanent role with the flexibility of being 100% remote.

If you're based near Valencia, we offer a great office space and encourage a hybrid setup to enjoy the best of both worlds

In this role, you'll work directly with key clients, lead projects from proposal to delivery, and support a talented Insights team. Your insights will help shape decisions in areas like pet healthcare and animal nutrition.

Responsibilities include:

  • Working towards commercial targets and overseeing client budgets
  • Supporting business development
  • Managing a team member, including resource allocation, project oversight, and performance management
  • Developing research proposals, including writing, specifications, pricing, and timelines
  • Managing multiple projects, including research design, data collection, and analysis
  • Designing questionnaires and discussion guides for qualitative and quantitative research
  • Leading data analysis and reporting, producing impactful reports and insights
  • Presenting results to clients and providing actionable recommendations

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in Customer Insights or Market Research
  • Experience working with multiple Market Research agencies is preferred
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree relevant to the field
  • Expert project management skills
  • Fluency in English (verbal and written)
