Are you passionate about innovation and seeking a challenging career in marketing? If so, you might be the ideal candidate for our Brand Manager position at Imperial Brands.

As a Brand Manager, you will be responsible for marketing the Blu brand in Spain, including developing its brand image, guidelines, product launches, and portfolio extensions.

You will collaborate closely with sales, digital, and trade teams to conceptualize and execute marketing campaigns aligned with the brand's vision, mission, and objectives.

Principle Accountabilities

  • Define Portfolio Brand Objectives, Targets, Equity, and Strategy within the Business.
  • Develop Portfolio Brand Activation initiatives.
  • Identify potential product gaps, redundancies, or opportunities to define the product portfolio strategy.
  • Oversee the creation of channel and online materials that reflect the brand image.
  • Coordinate with the brand central office (Category and Region) on objectives, strategy, and marketing campaigns throughout the fiscal year.
  • Represent the brand's voice and personality at various events, understanding the company's vision, mission, and offerings.

Skills and Experience Required

  • Relevant experience as a Product/Brand Manager in FMCG or Tobacco industries.
  • Fluency in English is essential.
  • Ability to manage projects efficiently in an international environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical mindset with a results-driven approach.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
