Technical Sales / Account Manager for ISP & Enterprise Jerez

Key Responsibilities

Customer Relationship Management: In order to understand the business environment in a timely manner and establish effective customer relationships you must:

  • Collect the relevant market information.
  • Visit potential and existing clients to capture sales leads and analyze clients' needs.
  • Coordinate internal resource allocation and feasibility studies for potential projects.
  • Organize and execute PR activities, such as communication conferences with clients.

Tender: In order to ensure the success of project bidding you must:

  • Evaluate company capabilities that meet client needs.
  • Lead tender proposal and relevant documents preparation based on the clients' request for proposal (RFP).
  • Determine project scope together with technical and business departments based on an understanding of client requirements, and submit the tender proposal to clients.
  • Visit clients periodically to capture clients' updated requirements and allocate appropriate internal resources to revise project documents.

Education: Bachelor Degree in Telecommunications / Electronics / IT or equivalent.

Skills:

  • Good knowledge of telecommunication business in the Spanish market.
  • Good knowledge of telecommunication products/solutions, ZTE and competitors.
  • Good knowledge of cloud, IT infrastructure, compute and storage solutions.
