Job DescriptionAs an Assistant Store Manager at Levi Strauss & Co., you will have the opportunity to work in an environment where change and ideas are celebrated. You will represent the brand image and values, working alongside the Store Manager to effectively manage store operations and team.
Key Responsibilities- Support Store Manager in delivering KPIs and implementing profit opportunities
- Set daily and weekly sales targets for the team to improve performance
- Monitor KPIs and team performance through reports and update the Store Manager on action plans
- Manage costs and store operations including stock, payroll, admin, and rotas
- Inspire, motivate, and develop your team via training, coaching, and product knowledge
- Assume store responsibilities in the absence of the Store Manager
- Maintain strong visual standards across the store
- Passionate about the brand and committed to its values
- Excellent customer service skills with experience in team leadership and development
- Proven ability to meet KPIs and sales targets in a fast-paced retail environment
- Experience managing store operations, stock, and admin duties
- Motivational leadership skills to drive team performance
