Shop Assistant

We are an e-bike rental and tour company with a passion for bike lifestyle, based in Siesta, Santa Eulalia. We are looking for someone to work in our shop during the summer season. This position is hands-on and involves both customer service at the shop front and work in the workshop area. A strong knowledge of e-bikes is highly desirable. The role also includes actively participating in the operations side of the business. Full training is available for individuals without previous experience, provided they have a work ethic that aligns with our company values.
VACANCY DETAILS:Part-Time Hours, Seasonal Position, up to 20 hours per week.
Core Responsibilities:- Serving customers
- Cleaning and maintaining the shop
- Sales
- Content creation
- Opening and closing the shop
- E-bike deliveries
- Cleaning e-bikes (every evening)
- Logging bookings into the booking system
- Assessing damage to e-bikes
- Supporting tours
