The holiday rental sector is in a phase of transformation and expansion. What do you need to be an Onboarding Trainer?

This person will be responsible for training the new customer on the use of our software. A good understanding of the general IT needs as well as the business of our customers is required:

  • Bilingual in German and English
  • Proactive and positive attitude
  • Service oriented
  • Motivated and a fan of technology. Knowledge of our products is a plus
  • Willing to learn
  • Looking for a challenge

Description:

This person will be responsible for training the new customer on the use of our software. A good understanding of the general IT needs as well as the business of our customers is required.

Daily Responsibilities:

  • Ensure a good knowledge of the customer's system.
  • Advise on certain settings according to the company's profile.
  • Know the available options and make the corresponding activations.
  • Follow the protocols and deadlines set in the company.
  • Follow up properly after the first moments of going online.
  • Ensure quality and customer satisfaction.

One of the most important things is the good atmosphere in the Avantio team, and in order to maintain and further develop it, the company is involved in this. In addition, during the year, we are also encouraged to get together in what we call internally 'The Extracurriculars', the company provides us with different activities: paddle courts twice a week, volleyball courts during the summer, and we have a football team that plays matches monthly.

Added to all this are the more informal meet-ups we have all year long, as we have a great Afterwork group, thanks to which we get together to do multiple activities (go bowling, ice skating, or just meet up for a drink), and it allows us to get closer to people from all departments
