Position : Contracts and Legal Manager

Location : Madrid, Spain

Nuestro cliente desarrolla, construye y opera proyectos de infraestructura renovable a nivel global. Tienen un sólido portafolio de proyectos de Solar, Eólica y BESS en el Reino Unido, Italia, España, Francia, Alemania y Chile, respaldado por un sólido apoyo financiero.

What will you be doing :

1. Enhancing process and contract efficiencies across the assigned portfolio.
2. Advising the Engineering & Construction and Asset Management teams to ensure seamless contract handovers.
3. Assisting the VP Contracts & Claims Management in overseeing supply chain activities, optimizing supplier performance, and driving cost savings.
4. Developing and managing contracts and tenders aligned with company needs while ensuring compliance with legislation, H&S, fraud prevention, and sustainability requirements.
5. Supporting all aspects of commercial contract procurement processes.

Are you the ideal candidate?

1. A Bachelor's degree in Engineering or similar discipline is required.
2. Experienced within the EPC and O&M Contracts Management arena.
3. Extensive experience in Solar PV EPC and O&M Contracts Management is strongly preferred.
4. Good personal organizational & management skills.
5. Good negotiation skills.
6. Fluent in both English and Spanish.
