Sr. Electrical Engineer

Coalesce Management Consulting (CMC) is seeking a Sr. Electrical Engineer for a key client, a global leader in materials technology, to assist in a major megaproject in Northern Spain. The role requires full on-site presence during the construction phase, expected to start late this year or early next year.
The successful candidate will initially work as an independent consultant (autónomo) through CMC, with the client's intention to convert the role into a permanent position after or within a 2-year contract.
Responsibilities:- Design and implement tailored electrical systems to meet operational process requirements.
- Manage EPCs through all project phases, assisting as needed and reporting progress to the project manager.
- Oversee electrical design approval and RFMA for subcontractors, participate in vendor evaluation, and handle technical communications.
- Address electrical issues during construction, oversee subcontractors during startup and commissioning.
- Collaborate with the Maintenance department to introduce process improvements.
- Maintain and update relevant drawings for seamless project handover.
- Support equipment upgrades and propose improvements for efficiency.
