We are seeking a dynamic professional for a role of Trade Marketing Manager with the following:

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility in the B2B sites channel.
  2. Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the sector, identifying business growth opportunities.
  3. Conduct market analysis and competitor research to inform strategic marketing initiatives.
  4. Coordinate promotional activities and events tailored to the B2B channel.
  5. Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing programs and campaigns, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales and product development, to enhance customer engagement and retention.
  7. Manage budgets and financial forecasts for marketing activities within the channel.
  8. Competitor analysis for the E-Commerce channel.
  9. Reporting of management targets and all Trade Marketing activities.
  10. Support to the creation of materials for Sales Forces and Trade.
Qualifications and Experience
  1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  2. Proven experience in trade marketing, particularly within the chemical or industrial sector.
  3. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with an ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
  4. Analytical mindset, capable of interpreting market data to drive strategy decisions.
  5. Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
  6. Spanish native, English at least B2.
