Empresa del sector farma, ubicada en Barcelona provincia, desea incorporar a su equipo de Supply Chain un Logistics Manager.
Responsabilidades- Asegurar el suministro en coste, calidad y tiempo a nivel nacional e internacional y garantizar el cumplimiento de los compromisos acordados con los clientes.
- Planificar las actividades de almacenaje, preparación de pedidos y distribución nacional e internacional con el fin de garantizar la satisfacción de cliente.
- Gestionar los flujos de entradas y salidas y todos los movimientos internos entre plantas.
- Organizar la gestión del stock y mejorar los procedimientos internos de almacenaje y preparación de cargas a transportista.
- Definir y dirigir los procesos de inventario.
- Optimizar los costes de almacenaje y transporte.
- Planificar y diseñar el plan estratégico de la logística de frío que asegure el crecimiento de la compañía en la distribución de productos a nivel nacional e internacional.
- Supervisar, apoyar y hacer crecer al equipo bajo su responsabilidad.
- Establecer las métricas de control (KPIs) y asegurar el seguimiento.
- Promover una cultura de mejora continua que incremente los resultados operativos de la planta y mejore la satisfacción del cliente interno.
- Mantener los estándares de prevención en su ámbito de influencia, promoviendo activamente una cultura positiva en Seguridad y Salud en el centro de trabajo.
- Asegurar el orden y limpieza del almacén y velar por el cumplimiento de los requerimientos legales y normativos (GxP).
- Liderar proyectos logísticos de automatización, instalaciones y/o reducción de costes y colaborar con el departamento de IT en el desarrollo de los sistemas de almacén.
- Participar en la definición del panel óptimo de proveedores logísticos (maquinaria, instalaciones, transporte, material auxiliar, …) y en las licitaciones asociadas y gestionar el día a día operacional con cada uno de ellos.
- Experiencia demostrable en posiciones similares.
- Habituado a trabajar con autonomía y a gestionar múltiples proyectos.
- Perfil analítico, capacidad de resolución de problemas y toma de decisiones.
- Promotor del cambio y hábil en la gestión de equipos.
- Conocimientos de importación/exportación, SAP WM e inglés.
- Salario 45K + variable.
- Horario flexible.
