We are seeking a highly skilled Analytical Development Technician to join our team at 3PBiovian. As a key member of our Analytical Development group, you will be responsible for developing and qualifying physicochemical and protein characterization methods.
Your primary focus will be on providing development oversight, technical input, and testing, documentation, and review of activities for method development and qualification. Additionally, you will contribute to routine laboratory activities, manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment, and interact with clients.
To succeed in this role, you will need at least five years' experience in Quality Control or Analytical Development groups from a related industry, preferably within the biopharmaceutical sector. You should have profound experience in physicochemical analysis of biomolecules, including HPLC, UPLC, Fluorescence, DAD, UV-VIS, UV Detection, PDA / DAD, ELSD / CAD / MS, and related techniques.
In particular, experience in characterizing molecules such as monoclonal antibodies, amino acid sequences, PTMs, and glycans is advantageous. You should also have expertise in developing non-compendial methods for analysis of biomolecules within a regulated environment and validating such methods.
A Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Chemical Engineering, Biochemistry, or a related discipline is required, along with fluency in English.
