CRM Data Analyst

At Roca Sanitario, we are looking for a CRM Data Analyst to manage and analyze data within our CRM system. You will play a crucial role in customer segmentation, marketing campaign personalization, and customer journey optimization. By working closely with marketing, sales, and customer service teams, you will translate data into actionable business insights.
Responsibilities
- Analyze CRM data to identify trends, patterns, and customer behavior insights.
- Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and visualizations of key CRM metrics (e.g., conversion rates).
- Support customer segmentation strategies in the B2B sector.
- Assess the effectiveness of CRM-driven campaigns and suggest improvements.
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy in the CRM system through regular audits and maintenance.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and customer service teams to align data-driven strategies.
- Assist in implementing and managing CRM tools and integrations with other business systems.
- Provide recommendations to enhance customer engagement, loyalty, and retention.

Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, SQL, or data visualization tools (Power BI, etc.).
- CRM-related certifications (preferred).
Experience
- 2-3 years of experience in data analysis, preferably within CRM or marketing.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms like Salesforce, HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics.
- Ability to extract insights from large datasets and translate them into strategies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
